Our Team
Aqua Industries
To add a team layout to this page, visit the Team folder in the section library. There are seven designed options available:
- Basic Team Layouts (4 options) – Display a photo, name, title, and (if needed) a call-to-action such as email or phone number. Do not include bios in these layouts.
- Team Layouts with Bios (2 options) – Display a photo, name, title, and a short bio. You may also include a call-to-action (email, phone, or social icons). If no image is provided, the layout can still be used without one.
- Standalone Profile (1 option) – A full page dedicated to a single team member (e.g., doctor, lawyer) with one long bio.
Choose the design that best fits the client’s content.
Ethan Ryder
Owner/Customer Support
Ethan Ryder has been part of AQUA Industries since a young age, gaining firsthand experience in the water treatment industry while continuing his family’s legacy. Today, he plays an important role in supporting customers through scheduling, communication, and day-to-day operations, working closely with the team to provide dependable service and honest solutions for every household. Known for his ability to understand customer needs, Ethan takes pride in helping clients find the right solutions for their homes. Outside of work, he enjoys driving, spending time in nature, and playing video games.
Carlito Charlton
Operations Manager
Carlito Charlton joined AQUA Industries with a strong focus on improving customer experience and supporting the company’s growth. With a background as a firefighter and Hazmat Technician, he brings a safety-first mindset and a practical, solution-oriented approach to water treatment.
He works closely with leadership and customers to develop personalized solutions and keep operations moving forward.
Outside of work, Carlito enjoys working on his Jeep and exploring off-road trails.
Kel Cosme
Technical Solutions Manager
Kel Cosme plays a key role behind the scenes at AQUA Industries, supporting daily operations, internal systems, and customer-facing tools. From managing inventory and improving workflows to helping maintain AQUA’s online presence, he focuses on modernizing processes to better support both customers and the field team.
He is known for his technical mindset and ability to streamline systems for efficiency and reliability. Outside of work, Kel enjoys music and hands-on projects.
Robert (Dags) Dagney
Field Supervisor
With over 20 years of experience in the water treatment industry, Robert “Dags” Dagney is a trusted and familiar face to many AQUA customers. Having worked with the company during its early years and later returning, he remains a cornerstone of the team.
Dags is known for his deep technical knowledge, strong customer relationships, and ability to diagnose and resolve complex water issues. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and working on hands-on projects.
Tim White
Field Specialist
Tim White is a returning member of the AQUA Industries team, having worked in the industry alongside the previous generation of leadership. He brings valuable experience, a positive attitude, and a strong ability to connect with customers.
Tim values the company’s history while embracing its future and takes pride in making each customer interaction a positive one.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his son and working on comedy.
Nick Elfstrom
Field Specialist
Nick Elfstrom is a newer member of the AQUA Industries team, bringing hands-on experience from years of working alongside his father in the water treatment and plumbing field. He combines practical knowledge with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
Nick is known for his ability to help customers understand their options and guide them through system upgrades when needed. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball and video games.
